Pre-order of UC VIVA Bomber Jacket

UC VIVA! United College Bomber Jacket Design Competition has come to an end and the winner is Emily Chong (BECE/5). Her lively design, which depicts the UC Water Tower leaping out of the window of an aircraft, together with the coordinates of United College, makes it highly representative of the College. The jacket is now available for pre-order, and if you are a UC student, you may enjoy a discounted price!

Size Chart

Pre-order Procedure:

1. Make payment via e-banking or ATM and retrieve a screenshot/deposit slip.

   a) Internet Banking Payment: Transfer the total amount of the order to the account of Hang Seng Bank, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Account No.: 293-005-005-018). Please take a screenshot of the successful transaction screen (transaction number must be displayed)

   b) Counter/ATM Deposit: Deposit the total amount of the order to the Hang Seng Bank account (Account No. 293-005-005-018) and take a photo of the deposit slip at the counter/ATM.

2. Complete the online order form https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13672595 and upload the photo of the screenshot/deposit slip.

3. Self pick-up/Shipping Arrangement:

   a) Self Pick-up at Dean of Students’ Office
   Address:  Dean of Students’ Office, 2/F, Tsang Shiu Tim Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

   Opening Hours:
   8:45 am – 5:30 pm (Mon to Thu)
   8:45 am – 5:45 pm (Fri)
   Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

   b) Shipping Arrangement:
   SF Express to local area: The shipping fee is payable by you upon arrival. For details, please refer to SF-express website for SF stores or locker locations.

4. Upon successful submission of the order form, the system will automatically send an email with the submitted information to the email address you provided.

Terms and Conditions

1. Each UC student, staff and alumni can purchase three bomber jackets at most.
2. No refunds or exchanges of any kind will be accepted once the item has been dispatched, please read the size chart carefully before ordering.
3. The buyer shall bear the risk of loss during the postal process.
4. The ordering process may be delayed due to logistics and other factors, United College reserves the right to change the pick-up date.
