College Member was Appointed as Choh-Ming Li Professor of Cultural and Religious Studies
College member, Professor Pang Lai Kwan of the Department of Cultural and Religious Studies, was appointed as Choh-Ming Li Professor of Cultural and Religious Studies in the Inauguration Ceremony of the Choh-Ming Li and Wei Lun Professorships and Presentation of Teaching and Research Awards of the CUHK on 6 March 2024.
The Choh-Ming Li Professorship was established by the CUHK in 2013 in recognition to outstanding professors who have performed remarkably in teaching and research and made outstanding contributions to the University and Faculty. The Choh-Ming Li Professors are given a five-year term on their first appointment and provided with funds to support their academic and research pursuits during the appointment term.
