College Associate Head and Dean of Students, Professor Martin C S Wong of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, Faculty of Medicine; Director, The Centre for Health Education and Health Promotion, was named on the list of Highly Cited Researchers 2024, in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the research areas of chronic disease, preventive medicine and disease screening, as well as primary healthcare.

The yearly list, unveiled on 19 November 2024 by Clarivate Analytics, acknowledges researchers who have had an extensive impact in their fields of study. This recognition is based on their publication of multiple papers that ranked within the top 1% globally in citations over the past decade.
