UC Participated in the 10th Educational Forum on Modern Residential College System

The 10th Cross-Strait Forum on Education of Modern Colleges, hosted by the University College Alliance, was held at the Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) from 27 to 29 June 2025.
With the theme “Innovations in the College System Amid the Digital Transformation of Education,” the forum brought together over 300 scholars and experts from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau in Xi’an. Participants engaged in insightful discussions and in-depth exchanges during the thematic session.
Representing United College, Professor Tang Sze Wing, Associate Head of United College, attended the forum and delivered a presentation titled “The Development of the College System in the Era of Educational Digitalisation.” In his talk, Professor Tang shared United College’s initiatives in non-formal education and examined the evolving role and future prospects of the college system in the context of digital transformation.
As one of the jointly established members of the University College Alliance, United College was honoured to participate in the forum, contributing to the exchange of ideas and experiences, fostering educational advancement, and reaffirming its commitment to addressing the dynamic needs of students across generations.
