To support student activities, Choi Koon Shum Learning Plus ( L+) is available for booking by United College student societies for activities held outside normal office hours.
Student societies wishing to use L+ for meetings, workshops, exchange activities, or other student-led events may submit a venue rental application through the designated online application form.
All applications are subject to approval and venue availability.Applicants will be notified of the application outcome upon completion of the approval process.
Use of the venue is only permitted after official approval has been granted.Student societies are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance of their planned activity date.
