Hostel Application for UC Non-local Students during Non-guaranteed Year in 2026-2027 opens from 30 October to 5:30pm on 14 November 2025.
This application is applicable to the non-local students admitted in 2024–2025 and promoting to year 3 in 2026-2027 and the non-local students who extended their expected graduate term to 2026-2027 and beyond (outside their normative study period) and wish to apply for on-campus accommodation due to special circumstances. The former will be selected based on the hostel scoring system, while the latter must submit relevant supporting documents for the College’s consideration. The scoring system does not apply to the latter group. Places are limited.
Please submit your application on time. Students planning to be away for work-study or exchange programmes and hence applying for half-year accommodations also need to submit their application forms during this same period. Please read the following “Notice to Applicants” and “Criteria & Scoring system” carefully before applying. Incomplete forms and late applications will not be considered. Unsuccessful applicants should arrange off-campus accommodation by themselves as soon as possible.
