The UC Mentorship Programme wrapped up the year with a relaxing Art Jamming and Year‑End Sharing Session on 11 April 2026 at L+@United College. The event brought together 35 mentors and mentees, celebrating the 2025–2026 Mentorship journey in a warm and colourful way.

The art jamming activity was conducted in small groups, with each group offered a set of mentorship‑related thematic prompts as sources of inspiration. Rather than confining or limiting creative directions, these prompts encouraged participants to express themselves freely, without concern for judgement. In a relaxed and open‑spirited atmosphere, mentors and mentees revisited their experiences and personal growth along the journey, allowing conversations, sharing, and connections to emerge naturally through the process of art jamming.

The sharing session was carried out in a light‑hearted and interactive way. Marks were randomly left on the canvases to invite mentors and mentees to share their thoughts and feelings during the creative process. Instead of intentionally revisiting the mentorship programme itself, participants focused on their emotions and experiences in the moment. Yet it was precisely through these spontaneous reflections that genuine exchanges unfolded, filling the space with laughter and warmth. This captured the very essence of the mentorship programme — fostering authentic connections that grow naturally through lived experiences, fluid like art, and true to life.

More than an art experience, the occasion offered mentors and mentees a meaningful moment to look back on their journey and reconnect with one another. While this year’s programme has come to a close, the relationships and exchanges formed continue to extend beyond it, carrying forward and flowing into different stages of life in their own ways.
