The United College Shum Choi Sang Mentorship Programme: Year of Grace Chow 2024-2025, co-organised by the College and the United College Alumni Association, held its last event of the year on 22 March 2025—“Become An Engaging Communicator with Everything DiSC Workshop”.

Ms Amy M Y Luk, Senior College Development Officer, presented certificate and souvenir to Ms Winnie Tam.

The programme invited Ms Winnie Tam, College alumnus and mentor, to host the workshop, where she explained the characteristics of the four DiSC personality behaviours. Through the interactive activities, mentors and mentees gained valuable insights into their personal communication strengths. It helped participants develop collaboration strategies with colleagues of different working styles. Additionally, the workshop dedicated time for participants with similar personality types to exchange experiences.

Through these activities, both mentors and mentees learned how to deal with colleagues of different styles in the workplace, marking a perfect finale to this year’s series of programme activities.
