The College welcomed a delegation from Tencent on 23 April 2026. The delegation was led by Ms Chen Yan, Tencent Distinguished Design Expert, and met with Professor Stephen H S Wong, College Head and Dr John H W Lai, Director at the Office of Co-operative Education Programme.

During the meeting, College Head introduced CUHK’s distinctive Collegiate system and educational philosophy, as well as the diverse non-formal education programmes offered by the College. Both parties also exchanged views on campus planning and management, the operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and initiatives related to environmental sustainability.

The delegation subsequently visited the Choi Kai Yau Residence, Tien Chi Digital Creative Space, and the Creative Media Studio to gain further insight into the College’s learning and living environment.
