As the new Residents’ Associations came along, a number of events were held in the previous months by hostels and non-residential halls, including the Spring Feast, Photo Day, Anniversary, and Night Talk, which created more remarkable experiences for residents and non-residents, and a more fruitful College life.

Adam Schall Residence

Adam Schall Residence organised a variety of activities for their residents, including Monthly Feast, Photo Day, and Singing Contest. These activities provided residents with opportunities to broaden their social circles and build friendships, while also enriching their residential life and creating fond and lasting memories of university life.

Bethlehem Hall

The Photo Day was held for graduating residents at Bethlehem Hall. A decorated backdrop and a purple and white balloon arch have been set up as part of the decorations, thanks to everyone’s endeavour. Blessings to all graduates and hope that the moments of hostel life will become a part of your cherished memories in the future.

Chan Chun Ha Hostel

To celebrate the graduation of Chan Chun Ha Hostel (CCHH) residents, a joyful and heart‑warming graduation celebration was held. The event began with a speech delivered by the Warden, who expressed appreciation for the graduates’ contributions to the hostel and extended heartfelt congratulations. Following the speech, the Warden, graduates, hall tutors, and staff gathered for a special confetti‑popping moment, symbolising the strong sense of unity and support within the CCHH community, where staff and students come together to celebrate important milestones.

Hang Seng Hall

Hang Seng Hall celebrated its 40^th anniversary with the ‘Hang Seng Revelation Opening Ceremony × Hang Seng Night Talk’. The event invited Mrs Regina Ip, former Secretary for Security and current Convenor of the Executive Council, as the guest speaker to share her personal experience and views with near 80 students. The discussion included topics which are closely related to the students, such as AI impact on future careers, cross-border integration, and public policy. It inspires students to think about the role they are going to play in the future society, which also makes the Hang Seng Night Talk more fruitful.

Choi Kai Yau Residence

Choi Kai Yau Residence (CKYR) held the Spring Feast on 24 February, as a heart‑warming dinner celebrating the new year. The event brought together around 80 participants, including students, College guests, beloved hostel staff and hall tutors. Students delivered vibrant performances, including group singing, energetic dance shows, and soulful guitar recitals, while the highly anticipated lucky draw session sparked waves of cheers.

To provide graduating residents with an opportunity to record their hostel life, CKYR held the Photo Day on 26 March, with the theme inspired by the classic movie Toy Story, creating more beautiful memories in the hostel. The Warden offered his blessings and bid farewell to the graduating residents. Highlights of the event also included a roast pig cutting ceremony and a lively party‑popper moment, which together added to the heart‑warming atmosphere.

Pak Chuen Hall

Pak Chuen Hall held the Photo Day on 27 March with a theme Attack on Titan, providing many stylish and creative props and backdrop for students to capture the moments.

In April, Pak Chuen Hall organised a market themed Ever-Changing Magic and invited various stalls to participate. The event attracted students to come and try delicious food, buy ornaments and take photos with the hand-made decorations at the market.

Ping Fan Hall

Year 4 students at Ping Fan Hall gathered together to capture precious moments of joy and pride on the Photo Day. May these graduates enjoy smooth sailing in their future endeavours, embrace bright prospects ahead, pursue their dreams with courage, and always cherish the friendships they have built at Ping Fan Hall.
