Tea Art × Wellness: MBTI Tea Bag Workshop

“I really enjoyed interacting with the tea art specialist. Not only did we get to savor expertly brewed teas, but we also learned some great brewing tips.”

The MBTI Tea Bag Workshop, co-organised by the United College Student Wellness Programme and social enterprise Cha Dor Fun, brought a refreshing blend of creativity to United College on 6 August 2025.

Cha Dor Fun is a social enterprise jointly founded by several CUHK alumni. It is dedicated to using tea as a medium to extract traditional wisdom, blend modern trends, and promote holistic wellness through the art of tea.

The event began with an introduction to Cha Dor Fun’s brand concept, followed by an in-depth exploration of the history and characteristics of tea. Participants were divided into small groups for a tea-tasting session, where a tea art specialist carefully brewed a variety of teas. Under the guidance of instructors, students then crafted tea bags that reflected their individual MBTI personality styles.

In the upcoming semester, the United College Student Wellness Programme will continue to offer a variety of well-being boosters to help students recharge, connect, and thrive throughout the term. Stay tuned!
