The college will provide sponsorship (Max. HK$50/head, reimbursed upon actual expenses) to group at most twice a year (once per term) after organising group activities. At least TWO mentors must be presented in group activities.

The UC E-mentorship programme was established in 2011. It aims to provide guidance and support to students studying abroad through the help of overseas E-mentor in the countries of their visits. E-mentors and E-mentees will be connected using email mainly. The recruitment of E-mentorship programme opens in March to May every year. Matching will be arranged based on the e‑mentees’ destinations, pairing them with E‑mentors who are currently residing in the same country.
Alumni who are currently residing in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Finland, Hawaii (USA), Lille (France), and Sweden are cordially invited to register as “Overseas E-mentor”. If you know alumni living in the above locations—or alumni based in other countries who have not yet joined our E‑Mentorship Programme—feel free to share this message and invite them to be part of the programme!
Your information will be recorded in the “UC Overseas Alumni Database” and will be automatically enrolled in the E-mentorship Programme every year.
