學生身心靈健康支援計劃

簡介

聯合書院學生身心靈健康支援計劃(身心靈健康計劃)是聯合書院自2021年起推行的精神健康推廣和教育計劃。計劃旨在通過各式各樣的活動及工作坊,提高書院同學對於心理健康、精神健康的認識與警覺,鼓勵同學在有需要時向身邊人及書院尋求協助,並最終建立一個精神健康友善的校園。

書院相信,每一個人也能點亮他人。如同學能及早察覺身邊人受困擾並適時提供協助或尋求專業輔導,對於同學、書院以至整個校園均極有裨益。為此,身心靈健康計劃致力推動朋輩支援網絡,成立UChum – 書院朋輩關懷大使計劃。每年透過公開招募及甄選,凝聚熱心的書院同學。書院會為學生大使提供輔導技巧和精神健康急救訓練,讓大使能及早識別和轉介有需要的同學接受專業輔導,並及時為身邊人提供適切的支援。精神健康大使亦會籌辦活動,推動校園社區整體的身心健康。

Chum有朋友的意思,希望書院與大使能成為你的朋友,伴你走過大學生活的高與低。

During the fun fair, I was delighted to see the support from the College Head, staff and students. Everyone was very involved in the games and had a relaxing time during the midterm. I hope that I can participate in it and give emotional support to participants too.

在兩日的精神健康急救班中,我學習到很多較為常見的精神疾病的定義、分類、症狀、及處理方法。身為一位護理系學生,從急救班學到的理論,能讓我融合已有的護理知識,有效地裝備及鞏固自己,於未來的工作中及早發現病人的情緒轉變,提早介入幫助他們接受治療。我覺得透過這課程,我不但學會了如何識別他人情緒、幫助他人,更重要的是我學會了如何照顧好自己情緒,準備好自己心態去接收他人情緒,讓自己有足夠餘力幫助身邊的人。
