Group Activities Sponsorship

The college will provide sponsorship (Max. HK$50/head, reimbursed upon actual expenses) to group at most twice a year (once per term) after organising group activities. At least TWO mentors must be presented in group activities.

Overseas E-mentorship Programme 2025-2026

The UC E-mentorship programme was established in 2011. It aims to provide guidance and support to students studying abroad through the help of overseas E-mentor in the countries of their visits. E-mentors and E-mentees will be connected using email mainly. The E-mentorship programme is opened for recruitment in April to June every year. Matching will be made according to the destinations of e-mentees with E-mentors currently living in the same country.

Alumni who are currently living in overseas countries are cordially invited to register as “Overseas E-mentor”. Your information will be recorded in the “UC Overseas Alumni Database” and will be automatically registered to the E-mentorship Programme every year.

All UC students who enrolled in a full year/1^st Term/2^nd Term overseas exchange programme in 2024-2025 organised by the Office of Academic Links, or faculty/department or by the College are welcome to apply (*Not applicable to Summer Exchange Programme). Application result will be announced in June 2025.
