Certification letters issued by United College must be applied for exclusively through online submission. Applicants are required to complete the relevant application form together with all necessary supporting documents in order to finalize the application procedure. Application Procedures
1.Download and Complete the Form
Download and fill in the relevant application form (e.g., REFERENCE LETTER FOR ACCOUNT OPENING) from the College website.
2.Submit Online Application
Complete the United College Student Certification Letter online application form and upload the duly completed supporting documents (e.g., the aforementioned Proof of Account Opening form) through the system.
3.Collection of Documents
Approved documents may be collected in person from the United College Counselling Office after 7 working days upon submission.
(No further notification will be issued. Applicants must collect the documents by the specified date.)
Important Notes
1.Application Period
Applications are accepted year-round. For Proof of Hostel Address: Early applications will not be accepted if the applicant has not been allocated a hostel place (e.g., during summer term).
2.Other Certification Documents

3. College provides ‘Reference Letter for Bank Account’ service exclusively to licensed banks authorized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
