[Open for Application] Application for United College Staff Residence

United College Staff Residence is accepting new applications from 16 October – 7 November 2025. A two-room residential flat, flat C4, around 650 sq. ft., will be available for rental application in this round. Successful applicant will be offered an initial licence of one year and the expected move-in date is by January 2026. Allocation of the flat will be solely determined by the United College Staff Housing Committee.

Applicant must be full-time University staff affiliated with United College and both married and unmarried staff are welcome to submit their applications. Teaching staff who are not entitled to University housing subsidy may also apply for the flat.

Interested staff are advised to read the below information carefully before filling out the application:

The residential flat has been renovated with new windows. It is equipped with a gas cooker and water heater, which will be maintained by the College. All other furniture and appliances shall be prepared and handled by the licensee at his/her own cost.
