The appeal results and 2nd round hostel places allocation for UC regular-term residence 2025-2026

Successful applicants will receive their billing notification from the University Finance Office by email.  They are required to pay the hostel fees together with the tuition fees at the beginning of the new academic year.  Those wishing to relinquish their hostel places must notify the Working Committee on Selection of Resident Students by email (hostel.uc@cuhk.edu.hk) before 1:00pm on 11 July 2025.  Otherwise, they will be disqualified from applying for hostel accommodation in the following academic year.

Residents who will reside in UC student hostels and wish to choose roommate(s) should submit applications by completing “Roommate(s) Selection Form” as below before 1:00pm on 11 July 2025.

For further information on check-in procedures, please refer to the “Guidelines for Registration at UC Student Hostels” as below.  For the students who will reside in I-House, the room allocation and check-in procedures will be informed by I-House Staff via email.
